Mirror Roller is purpose‑developed for surface finishing applications demanding superior gloss and exceptional flatness. It is manufactured from forged steel blanks subjected to vacuum heat treatment, followed by precision grinding on large‑scale CNC grinders and ultra‑fine polishing processes. The finished roll surface exhibits a highly uniform mirror sheen, free from glare spots under strong light, with microscopic smoothness reaching instrument measurement limits, ensuring that calendered or coated materials are consistently free from orange peel, haze, or colour inconsistency.
