·High-Purity Alumina Ceramic Coating
99.7% high-purity nano-alumina powder, with porosity controllable as low as 0.8%–1.2%, versus the industry norm of mostly >2%. Ink uniformity is improved by 35% over conventional ceramic rollers, eliminating ink accumulation and dot-missing print defects.

·±3% Cell-Volume Tolerance
Every roller is individually calibrated using coordinate measuring inspection instruments, compared to the typical ±8%–12% deviation of conventional manufacturers. Long-run color registration is free from shade differences, ensuring consistently high color consistency across batches.

·0.22–0.35 mm Coating Thickness
Balances wear life with engraving precision, achieving a continuous production service life of up to 80 million printing meters—6 to 8 times that of chrome-plated metal anilox rollers.

·Full-Range 10–1200 LPI Customization
Hexagonal, quadrangular pyramidal, skewed-channel, and wave-shaped irregular cells can all be integrally formed. Irregular cell processing is a proprietary in-house capability, rarely mass-producible by competitors.

·40Cr Forged Roller Core
Quenched and tempered alloy steel, integrally forged, with radial runout ≤0.003 mm. At full-speed operation of 150 m/min, there is no vibration or ink splashing, ensuring long-term stability on high-speed printing presses.

·Strong Corrosion and Wear Resistance
Withstands prolonged contact with water-based, alcohol-based, UV-curable, and mild ketone solvents. The ceramic material is neither corroded nor swollen, preventing ink contaminants from entering the printed output. The cell inner walls resist continuous doctor-blade friction without enlargement or wear; ink transfer volume fluctuates minimally from commissioning to end of life, eliminating the need for frequent color-calibration adjustments and significantly reducing downtime.

·Anti-Clogging and Easy Cleaning
The dense, low-porosity ceramic surface prevents dried ink residues from penetrating or adhering. Routine cleaning with water and specialized detergents is quick and effective, eliminating the need for deep ultrasonic disassembly cleaning, and reducing maintenance man-hours by 60%.

·Flexible packaging plastic film printing (PE, PP, PET food packaging bags, personal care/household chemical packaging bags—color flexographic printing; fine patterns and text registration prefer high-line-count ceramic anilox rollers).

·Paper product printing and processing (food cartons, corrugated shipping boxes, label stickers, and self-adhesive label water-based ink printing; consistent ink control for high-volume production).

·Nonwoven and hygiene material coating (diaper topsheets, medical nonwoven hydrophilic agent/anti-slip coatings applied uniformly with precise basis-weight control).

·Aluminum foil and composite film further processing (food-sealing aluminum foil lids, pharmaceutical packaging aluminum foil UV ink coating).

·Specialty industrial coating (release-agent coating, micro-adhesive coating, and overall varnish/lacquer coating processes).

·Label printing, cigarette packaging, and high-end art book printing (relying on fine cells to achieve gradient dot transitions and high-definition detail reproduction).
