Changzhou Wujin Guangyu Embossing Roller Machinery Co., Ltd. supplies nonwoven and fiber material processing equipment from a single integrated factory in Changzhou, China. As a Nonwoven and Fiber Material Processing Equipment manufacturer, we design and build the complete equipment family - thermal bonding, finishing, slitting and winding - and manufacture the critical rollers in-house. This matters in nonwoven production because line speed, nip pressure, temperature uniformity and roll surface condition are physically interdependent.
We are the lead drafter of the Chinese industry standard for nonwoven hot-rolling machines and operate a closed-loop production line covering roller blank fabrication, laser engraving and hard chrome electroplating. That lets us supply machines built around the same rollers they run, not around externally sourced components.
Four equipment groups cover the post-formation chain for nonwoven and fiber webs. Each group can be matched to material type, working width, line speed and finished roll specification.
Thermal consolidation of spunbond, spunlace, ES fiber, geotextile and biodegradable fiber webs. Configurations include two-roll standard, Y-type three-roll uniform, multi-roll, high-speed uniform and extra-wide units with working widths up to 7,000 mm, line speeds to 800 m/min and linear pressure to 150 N/mm. Compare nonwoven calendering configurations.
Post-formation processing for final quality shaping: thermal consolidation, matte calendering, breathable embossing, moisture setting, slitting and automatic winding on one modular platform. Available with round-screen hot-air circulation or infrared radiation heating, and designable as a retrofit to an existing line. See the modular finishing line.
Final dimensional converting of spunbond, spunlace, meltblown and thermal bond webs. High-speed heavy-duty versions reach 1,600 m/min with working widths up to 5,400 mm and unwind diameters up to 3,500 mm. Servo tension control holds fluctuation within ±0.2 N to protect soft, bulky webs. View slitting machine specifications.
Terminal roll formation for nonwoven lines, converting finished webs into compact parent rolls for storage, transport and downstream converting. Standard and high-speed configurations are available for integration with our calendering and finishing lines.
We configure equipment around the working point. Lightweight hygiene materials require gentle tension and uniform low-temperature bonding; heavy geotextiles need high line pressure and rigid frames; biodegradable fibers need controlled temperature ramps and anti-stick roll surfaces.
| Application | Typical Materials | Machine Fit |
|---|---|---|
| Hygiene and medical | SMS, spunlace, thermal bond cotton, mask layers, diaper topsheets, medical sheets | Calendering and finishing line with closed-loop temperature and tension control |
| Geotextile and filtration | Polyester needle-punched geotextile, dust filter fabrics | Extra-wide or high-pressure calendering for density and tear strength |
| Automotive interiors | Roof liners, seat backrest nonwoven substrates | Uniform calendering and finishing for dimensional stability |
| Eco packaging and disposables | PLA and plant-based biodegradable fibers | Finishing line with low-temperature presets and anti-stick coated rollers |
Maximum rated values depend on model and configuration. Our proposal is calculated from your working point, material and output target.
| Parameter | Range Across the Equipment Family |
|---|---|
| Working width | 3,600 / 5,400 mm standard; extra-wide calendering up to 7,000 mm |
| Line speed | Up to 800 m/min on calendering and finishing lines |
| Linear pressure | Infinitely adjustable up to 150 N/mm on calendering machines |
| Temperature uniformity | Full-width differential ≤ ±0.65°C on calender rolls; overall line fluctuation ≤ ±1°C |
| Basis weight deviation | ≤ ±2.5 g/m² on calendering; ≤ ±1.2 g/m² on finishing line |
| Slitting performance | Up to 1,600 m/min, minimum slit width 15 mm, axial runout ≤ 3 μm |
| Tension control | Tension fluctuation ≤ ±0.2 N on slitting machines |
| Winding speed | Standard 300 m/min; high-speed 650 m/min |
Our machines are supplied as process systems, not standalone mechanics. PLC control coordinates temperature, pressure and speed in one loop, with up to 100 stored recipes on calendering machines and 50 recipes on slitting machines for quick product changeover.
Supply scope includes mechanical equipment, control cabinet, heating system and installation documentation. We provide installation drawings, commissioning support, operator training and after-sales maintenance; utility connections for thermal oil or electric heating, electrical power, compressed air and exhaust are defined during project engineering.
All rollers and machine assemblies pass through our own CNC precision grinding, mirror polishing, laser texturing and hard chrome plating lines. Before delivery, load-bearing rollers are balanced and the complete machine is factory commissioned against the agreed process data.
Send us the following data with your enquiry so we can prepare a machine layout, control concept and quotation that matches your existing line and final product.
Standard working widths are 3,600 mm and 5,400 mm. Extra-wide models extend to 7,000 mm, with line speeds up to 800 m/min and linear pressure up to 150 N/mm depending on material and configuration.
Yes. The finishing line is modular, so thermal consolidation, matte calendering, breathable embossing, moisture setting, slitting and automatic winding units can be specified independently or retrofitted into an older line without full replacement.
Dedicated low-temperature presets are programmed into the control system, with controlled ramp rates and corrosion-resistant anti-stick coated rollers that prevent thermal degradation and sticking of bio-based fibers.
Servo tension motors, EPC edge correction and six-zone gradient tension management regulate the web independently through unwind, slitting and winding zones, keeping tension fluctuation within ±0.2 N to preserve fabric structure and breathability.
We supply thermal calendering, finishing, slitting and winding machines as one coordinated system. All rolls and machine components are manufactured in-house, and the complete line is parameter-matched and factory commissioned before delivery.
Yes. We maintain an extensive pattern library and support custom development, with in-house laser engraving capable of reproducing customer patterns and tailoring roller diameters, heating, wear resistance and corrosion protection to the process.
