Guangyu Roller Machinery specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of precision industrial rollers and embossing equipment. Serving global markets across rubber & plastics, nonwovens, papermaking, leather, and metal pressing & forming industries, we provide customers with custom roller solutions and integrated complete-equipment packages.


We operate a fully closed-loop in-house production line covering roller blank precision machining, laser engraving, and hard chrome electroplating. We are capable of reproducing custom patterns and tailoring roller diameters to specifications, adapting to various operating requirements including heating, temperature control, wear resistance, and corrosion protection. Our services span the full spectrum of project needs — from production line retrofits and new product prototyping to volume manufacturing.


Drawing on decades of accumulated technical expertise, the company has participated in drafting the industry standard for nonwoven fabric hot-rolling mills. Our products are ISO 9001 quality management system certified and EU RoHS compliant, and are exported to over 50 countries and regions worldwide. With our commitment to reliable delivery, end-to-end technical liaison, and comprehensive after-sales maintenance, we provide overseas partners with seamless roller and complete-machine integrated services.

    The predecessor of Guangyu was officially established, starting its business by producing roller blanks for Shanghai Plastic Mould Factory.

    The company independently developed leather-grain embossing rollers and mirror rollers, becoming one of the earliest domestic manufacturers to achieve self-sufficient production in this field.

The R&D and industrialization project of ultra-wide 3.2–5.4-meter spun-melt composite intelligent equipment for medical and protective nonwovens was included in the Jiangsu Provincial Special Fund Program for Scientific and Technological Achievement Transformation. Our high-speed hot-rolling complete equipment for ultra-thin and ultra-wide nonwovens won the Third Prize of Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. A Jiangsu Provincial Postgraduate Workstation was officially founded.

    The high-speed uniform hot-rolling machine for ultra-thin and ultra-wide nonwovens obtained the official "Jiangsu Premium Product" certification. The company was awarded the Wujin District Mayor’s Quality Award.

    A variety of products entered mass supply for the photovoltaic new energy material industry. More than 10 self-developed products filled domestic industry gaps. The company was awarded the Bronze Award for Major Taxpayers and listed as a key industrial enterprise of Wujin District.

    The company formulated a core development strategy: expanding global overseas markets, focusing on R&D and customized manufacturing of high-end special rollers, and improving global brand influence. Continuous technical research was conducted on intelligent upgrading systems, including automatic shaft pulling machines and automatic tool arranging systems.

    The company’s products occupy approximately 80% of China’s mid-to-high-end market share and are exported to more than 50 countries and regions across Europe, America, Africa and Asia. All complete machine products have passed CE certification for global market entry.
