It varies according to product specifications and process complexity. Large‑scale equipment such as non‑woven hot rolling mills is normally a minimum of 1 unit. Small trial orders for roller parts are acceptable. Please confirm details with our sales team.

T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) is our main payment method. The standard term is 30% advance deposit, and the balance to be paid before shipment. Other payment conditions can be discussed for long‑term partners.

The production cycle for standard embossing rollers is 4‑6 weeks. Complex equipment like hot rolling mills takes 8‑12 weeks, subject to production schedule and drawing confirmation. We will communicate the schedule in advance for bulk orders.

Yes. We can arrange transport insurance on your behalf at 110% of the total invoice value.

We have obtained ISO9001 Quality Management System Certificate, CE Certificate, as well as a number of utility model patents and invention patents for roller manufacturing.

COA (Certificate of Analysis) for each batch is available, containing test data of key indicators such as dimensional accuracy, roller surface hardness and dynamic balance.

For complete machines, the warranty period is 12 months starting from the date of customer acceptance. Wear‑and‑tear on embossing rollers caused by normal usage is not covered by return or exchange. The final terms shall be subject to the sales contract.
