Core Technological Breakthroughs
Ultra-Thin, Ultra-Wide Nonwoven High-Speed Hot-Rolling Technology
Breaking a longstanding German technology monopoly. Process speeds reach up to 1,000 m/min, with linear pressure of 150 kg/cm. Finished product basis weight covers 8–80 g/m², with widths up to 5,400 mm.
Segmented Steel Roller Structure
Applied in EVA photovoltaic encapsulant film embossing. The patterned layer can be replaced in individual segments — localized wear no longer requires complete disassembly of the roller, significantly reducing downtime and consumable costs.
Uninterrupted Laser Engraving Technology
Through a parallel design of loading/unloading and engraving zones, continuous operation without stoppage is achieved, substantially shortening sampling and batch delivery cycles for complex patterns.
Intelligent Maintenance System
An independently developed fault database and condition-based maintenance software supports remote data aggregation and predictive maintenance, helping overseas customers maximize production line uptime.
