The Ultra-Fine Anilox Roller is an ultra-fine line-count ceramic coating roller designed specifically for high-precision coating and high-end printing processes, capable of processing up to 1600 LPI ultra-fine anilox patterns with uniform cell volume across the entire roller surface, meeting the stringent requirements of ultra-thin micro-coating applications for uniformity and precision. Ordinary manufacturers lack the capability for high-line-count processing, resulting in cells of inconsistent size and depth, making ultra-thin coatings highly prone to coating defects. The plasma-sprayed ceramic surface layer achieves a hardness of 1900 HV, with a wear life more than three times that of chrome-plated rollers, while the fine cells resist clogging and deposit accumulation. The integrally forged alloy steel roller core, combined with built-in constant-temperature circulating flow channels, maintains a roller surface temperature differential of ≤±0.6°C, preventing temperature fluctuations from altering cell-volume capacity. Class G1.0 dynamic balancing, coupled with radial runout ≤0.0026 mm, ensures vibration-free operation at high speeds of 200 m/min, preventing periodic ripple patterns when coating ultra-thin substrates.
