·The 42CrMoA low-distortion alloy steel substrate undergoes graded quenching and tempering to stabilize metallurgical structure, with controllable elastic deformation under compression. Uniform micro-deformation transmission under high-pressure conditions fundamentally suppresses stress whitening and local pattern depth inconsistency on PC and PMMA sheets. Particularly suitable for in-line continuous extrusion embossing.

·Coating solutions tailored to application requirements. Optical-grade products utilize dense DLC coating with extremely low friction coefficient and zero contaminant extraction. Decorative sheets employ modified PTFE composite coating resistant to 240℃ long-term operation. Both coatings form metallurgical bonding with the substrate without peeling, reducing cleaning frequency by 70% compared to conventional chrome-plated rollers, effectively minimizing surface pitting and stringing defects.

·Internal asymmetric zoned spiral flow channel structure enables intelligent balanced thermal fluid flow rate. Targeting the narrow temperature window of PC/PMMA, whole-roller surface temperature differential is controlled within ±0.6℃, maintaining stable temperature field even on 3200mm wide sheet lines, preventing localized overheating-induced yellowing or incomplete pattern imprinting in low-temperature zones.

·Roller blanks undergo high and low-speed dual dynamic balancing calibration after rough machining, combined with multiple stress-relief heat treatments. Under the high line pressure required for 2–12mm thick sheet embossing, radial runout remains stable ≤0.003mm, eliminating vibration marks and periodic light-dark stripes, meeting high-end appearance quality standards.

·Engraving programs incorporate engineering plastic rebound compensation models, adjusting engraving depth according to different plastic shrinkage rates to control deviation between finished patterns after cooling and design drawings. Capable of processing leather grain, matte anti-glare textures, three-dimensional wood grain, diamond anti-slip patterns, and optical micro-structure dot matrices, supporting both single-sided and double-sided synchronous embossing.

·Material Performance: The 42CrMoA forged substrate undergoes three-stage processing—rough machining vibration stress relief, low-temperature tempering, and secondary stress relief after finishing—significantly reducing creep deformation under long-term high temperature and pressure. Continuous working temperature upper limit of 260℃ covers the processing window of most thermoplastic engineering plastics. Substrate hardness HRC52–58 balances load-bearing capacity with toughness, preventing pressure concentration and cracking of thin optical sheets.

·Temperature Control: Zoned spiral flow channels accommodate both thermal oil and circulating cooling water. Reserved built-in temperature sensor interfaces enable direct connection to extrusion line PLC systems for real-time closed-loop roller temperature regulation. Mirror-polished flow channel inner walls reduce medium flow resistance with faster heating and cooling response, reducing changeover commissioning time by 40%.

·Cleanliness: DLC coating contains no organic additive extraction and no heavy metals, meeting EU REACH and certain food contact material requirements. The dense coating resists plasticizers and low-molecular extractant corrosion, eliminating roller surface pitting and ensuring surface quality of transparent sheets.

·Economics: Excellent anti-stick performance reduces cleaning downtime, increasing extrusion line overall equipment effectiveness by 12%–20%. Low-distortion substrate and dynamic balance design reduce bearing and seal wear. Built-in rebound compensation ensures long-term stable use with single engraving, reducing re-engraving frequency. Coating can be reapplied after wear without complete roller replacement.

·Optical Transparent Sheet Industry: PC solid sheets, PMMA acrylic sheets, PET optical substrates with matte textures, micro-structure dot matrix, anti-glare textures for lighting sheets, display protective panels, optical diffuser sheets—requiring no extraction, uniform temperature, and elimination of stress whitening.

·Automotive Interior and Exterior Parts: ABS, TPO, PC/ABS alloy sheets with leather grain, grain textures, matte decorative patterns for door trim panels, instrument panel substrates, trunk decorative sheets, supporting domestic and international extrusion lines.

·Building Decorative Sheets: PVC co-extruded sheets, PP wood-plastic sheets, ASA weather-resistant decorative sheets with wood grain, marble textures, anti-slip diamond patterns for outdoor weather-resistant sheets in long-term continuous extrusion production.

·Home Appliance Housings: HIPS, PETG, PBT modified sheets with matte textures and scratch-resistant patterns for refrigerator, air conditioner, and small appliance housing decorative substrates.

·New Energy Supporting: Lithium battery insulating PC sheets, photovoltaic backsheet auxiliary materials with anti-slip micro-patterns and flow-guiding textures, meeting both clean production and continuous high-pressure operation demands.

·General Industrial Thick Sheets: PP, PE thick sheets, modified plastic base plates with anti-slip patterns and identification textures for building materials, logistics base plates, and equipment guard plate production lines.
