High-speed Nonwoven Slitting Machine is developed for nonwoven converting operations that require high throughput and extended production runs with minimal roll change interruptions. The machine reaches a maximum line speed of 1600 m/min, with unwind diameter capacity up to Φ3500 mm and rewind diameter up to Φ1500 mm—specifications that place it at the higher end of the industry range. Maximum working width is 4200 mm. The machine accommodates fabric weights from 15 to 350 g/㎡ and is designed for spunbond, spunlace, meltblown, and thermal bond nonwovens. The three-zone tension control system maintains tension fluctuation within ≤±0.2N across unwinding, slitting, and winding sections. Cutter shaft axial runout is held to ≤3μm with minimum slit width of 15mm. The frame is constructed from heavy plate steel with extended natural aging treatment to ensure structural stability under high-speed, continuous operation. The equipment holds CE, ISO9001, and ISO14001 certifications.
