Extrusion Lamination Coating Line is a continuous film forming and laminating system that integrates extrusion, chill roll casting, and substrate lamination into a single production process. Unlike conventional film casting equipment that only produces monolayer films, this system supports three production modes—monolayer casting, multi-layer co-extrusion, and substrate lamination coating—enabling converters to switch between pure plastic films, paper/foil extrusion coating, and functional film composites on the same machine. The system features self-manufactured precision roller assemblies including chill rolls, leveling rollers, and lamination nip rolls—all forged and machined in-house for matched thermal and dimensional parameters. Chill roll surface temperature differential ≤±0.5℃ ensures finished film thickness tolerance within ±1.2μm. The specialized plastication screw with 28 independent temperature control zones accommodates heat-sensitive biodegradable resins including PLA and PBAT, preventing thermal degradation and gel formation. Multi-axis closed-loop synchronized tension control maintains speed synchronization error ≤0.1% at speeds up to 220m/min, preventing film stretching, wrinkling, and uneven edges on 12–200μm thin films. The modular machine configuration supports quick changeover between monolayer casting, multi-layer co-extrusion, and substrate coating modes without major retooling, offering converters flexible production capability across food packaging, hygiene, electronics, and industrial film applications.
