FAQ

Home / Resource / FAQ
  • Can you send product catalogues or technical data sheets?

Yes. We maintain a complete product database. We can provide corresponding specification sheets based on your requirements such as roller diameter, working width, material and embossing patterns. Please tell us your application and machine model, and we will send matched selection documents.

  • Do you provide equipment installation and commissioning guidance?

Yes. Remote video guidance is available for exported machines. We can also arrange our technicians for overseas on‑site installation and commissioning as agreed in the contract.

  • What is the service life of an embossing roller?

Under normal operating conditions, a standard embossing roller can last 3‑5 years. The actual lifespan depends on roller material, operating frequency and daily maintenance. Rollers with hard chrome plating or alloy steel cores enjoy a longer service life. Regular cleaning of the roller surface and avoiding foreign objects between rollers are recommended.

  • Can design drawings be confirmed before production?

Yes. For custom orders, detailed CAD manufacturing drawings will be sent for your confirmation before mass production, including overall dimensions, pattern layout and critical tolerances. Production will start only after mutual confirmation.

  • What are your advantages compared with German and Japanese equivalent products?

German and Japanese brands have early‑mature technology but come with higher prices and longer lead times. Guangyu Roller Machinery features high cost‑performance with competitive pricing at equivalent quality, controllable delivery time of 30‑60 days, flexible customization and fast after‑sales support. Many of our products have successfully replaced imported alternatives.

  • For large orders, is partial shipment and partial payment acceptable?

Yes. For bulk orders, phased production, partial delivery and batch settlement can be negotiated. Relevant clauses can be specified in the sales contract.

  • What is your packaging method? Is it suitable for sea freight?

Rollers are treated with anti‑rust protection, wrapped with PE film and packed in wooden cases or fixed steel frames. Complete machines are covered with tarpaulin and packed in fumigated wooden crates. Our products have been exported to more than 50 countries and regions with sea‑worthy packaging verified over years.

  • Can you share your past export cases or customer references?

We can provide anonymized export case lists, including destination countries, machine models and application industries. Arrangements for visiting domestic customer sites can also be assisted if needed.
